1. Nature of Certification Services
EWCSCERT.COM provides management system certification services based on independent audits and objective evidence in accordance with ISO/IEC 17021-1 requirements.
Certification is not guaranteed.
Payment of fees does not influence certification decisions. Certification is granted only after successful completion of the certification process and an independent certification decision.
2. Service Initiation
Certification services commence only after: Receipt of a formal application, and Completion of application review, confirming readiness for certification activities. Selection of a certification standard or payment of fees does not constitute approval or guarantee of certification.
3. Fees and Refund Policy
Fees charged by EWCSCERT.COM relate to certification activities including: Application review, Audit planning (Initial, surveillance, or recertification audits), Reporting and certification decision processes.
Refund conditions:
Fees are generally non-refundable once certification activities have commenced. If certification is not granted, fees paid for activities already performed remain payable. Refunds, if any, are subject to documented procedures and contractual terms.
4. Cancellation Policy
If a client cancels or withdraws after certification activities have started: No refund or adjustment shall be applicable for work already performed.
Outstanding fees for completed activities remain payable.
5. Certification Decision and Certificate Issuance
Certificates are issued only after: All applicable certification requirements are fulfilled, and A positive and independent certification decision is made by authorized personnel not involved in the audit. No certificate shall be issued where certification requirements are not met.
6. Certificate Delivery
Certificates are issued only after certification is granted.
Electronic Certificates:
Delivered to the authorized email address provided by the client.
Physical Certificates:
Issued upon request and delivered to the authorized address using approved delivery methods.
7. Shipping Charges
Any courier or shipping charges for physical certificates are:
The responsibility of the client, and Separate from certification and audit fees.
8. Certificate Verification
All issued certificates are: Internally verified prior to release, and Made verifiable through EWCSCERT.COM’s certificate verification system.
9. Service Timelines
Certification activities are carried out
according to an agreed audit programme and standard timelines. Timelines may vary based on: Scope and complexity, Number of sites, Client preparedness, Closure of nonconformities, Delays in timelines do not imply automatic certification.
10. No Link Between Payment and Certification
Financial arrangements, payment status, or commercial considerations do not affect: Audit findings, Certification decisions, Granting, suspension, or withdrawal of certification.
